Rosé day pedals. Let’s take a ride…in suburbia

Sometimes a scene calls for a song. Today we are going back to pet shop boys 1986, suburbia.

Sure city life is mesmerizing and exciting but the suburbs offer the quiet expanse we all need – to sing a song in our head.

Here in the suburbs we can ride our bike along river trails to wineries, enjoy some wine and get back on the bike all the while humming songs of youth. The silence embraces and recharges: 12.4 mile bike to wineries in Woodinville (Chateau Ste. Michelle, Novelty Hill, Columbia).   Rosé day pedals.

Today is Memorial Day in the US – gratitude for sacrifices of men and women for our liberties and a day off for most to remember and honor them.
