It’s Friday, time for something fried 

Isn’t it intriguing to meet people a few tax brackets up and hear where they eat? Where they travel?  And then replicate it to your best ability? During my check up this week, my super great dentist suggested a few date night places and suggested a particular one here in Seattle that has great deep fried olives. In an instant I looked it up and went to Safeway…

This was a dry crack at it after reading a few sites online. Next time maybe I’ll splurge and get better quality olives. Easy and tasty though. 

I followed a suggestion to freeze the olives 10 minutes before dredging in flour.
