Color begets color: sakura shrimp mango laksa leaf salad 

An abstract piece prompted a salad as cheerful.  Mango with Sakura shrimp (brought home from Taiwan last year), cilantro, and laksa leaves (spicy and fragrant).  Nuoc mam fish sauce from red boat brand, the best I’ve found out there. Grilled lemon grass shrimp.
